TCSD Foundation 10th Anniversary Community Art Auction! Friday March 31, 7-9pm at the Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts (Congress at McLallen St.). $10 donation at the door. Door prizes, raffles, silent and live auctions. Live music. $5 wine by the glass served by Forge Cellar Wines. Continue your support for nutrition education in Trumansburg Schools
Do you remember last year’s nutrition programs? The Foundation is pleased to have been able to support Localvore Club: where middle school students learned about nutrition, local food sources, and food preparation, sampling and sharing! Recently, the Foundation supported Classroots: a campus-wide event that connected local farmers, chefs, small-scale food producers, and researchers with the school community to promote nutrition, an awareness of local food production & culture, and to begin to establish relationships that could lead to internship & employment opportunities for high school students and graduates.
We need your support to be able to continue such programs. Are you able to help us raise $10,000 in honor of our 10-year Anniversary? In only ten years, the foundation has distributed over $150,000 of community donations to teacher-inspired projects that serve students pre-K through high school; and our goal is to continue that tradition.

TCSD Foundation Seeks Art Donations
The Youth Art Month Art Show and Auction, a fundraiser for TCSD Foundation, will take place on March 31st, and we need YOUR art!
We are seeking art donations from 4th graders, and art and craft donations from community members and TCSD employees who are ready to showcase their art and support the programs the TCSD Foundation provides for the children in our school district. We are looking for art/craft donations of any size or medium. Some examples may include (but are not limited to): paintings, drawings, photographs, ceramics, sculptures, fiber arts, collages, jewelry, woodworking, etc. Framing and matting of 2D artwork is encouraged, but not required.
100% of proceeds from the Art Auction support our educational programs including the field trip program Kids Discover the Trail!, Youth Art Month, Food is Elementary, and the publication of the Trumansburg Troubadour.
If you are interested in donating to the Art Show and Auction, download and complete the appropriate form found below, and return to the elementary, middle, or high school no later than March 28th.

Thank you for your recent support of our fundraising efforts.
This year our Spring Donor Event is being combined with one of our most successful programs ~ Youth Art Month Art Show and Auction! Please join us for our Art Auction at the Youth Art Month Final Show.
For the past few years, with your support, we have awarded grants to our art teachers for Youth Art Month, a month long series of workshops for students of all grades with local artists, culminating in an Art Show on March 27th. The student artwork created during these programs over the past few years has been truly incredible.
This year some of our students have donated their artwork to be auctioned off for charity. All proceeds of the art auction will be donated to the TCSD Foundation.
This event is being held in lieu of our annual donor event for 2014.
